It was set up to help people resolve their disputes through constructive conversation and provide them with the tools they need to do this through conflict management coaching.  All types of dispute can be resolved through mediation and Pamela’s experience has shown that resolution found through mediation lasts long into the future and can help people to work together, in any context, in a more positive way.

Pamela recognises and understands the economic and emotional value of using mediation as a tool for resolution rather than entering into an adversarial court-based system. 

Road to Resolution founder Pamela has broad experience and training as a mediator and conflict coach and believes the future of resolution lies in creative, cost-effective conflict management. 

Experience has shown that disputes tend to take on a life of their own, costing money, time and focus and can cause stress which can impact negatively on our health.  We believe our job is to work creatively and collaboratively with our clients to help them find mutually acceptable ways to manage and resolve their conflict.
